Acupuncture is a Traditional East Asian Medicine practice that helps to restore balance, reduce inflammation and encourage self-healing. By inserting thin needles into specific acupoints on the body to promote circulation, healing and wellness.
Our mission is to provide you with the highest level of care, tailored to your unique needs, in a safe and calming environment. We diagnose your symptoms based on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Korean Acupuncture principles — integrated with our education in Biomedicine. Through the stimulation and balancing of Qi — the life energy flowing throughout the body, we strive to pursue and enhance your optimal health, wellness, and vitality.
Acupuncture can be a valuable complementary or alternative therapy for many conditions, as well as aid in the prevention of disease. We provide acupuncture treatment as well as fire cupping, auricular (ear acupuncture), pulse balancing, herbal, and nutritional advice when applicable for your wellness. Our ear seeds are available as 24k gold plated beads that are noninvasive while helping to stimulate the body.

These first-time treatments are for all clients new to Golden Phase, regardless of whether or not you’ve had acupuncture previously. We work with you to identify the imbalances in your body, and tailor treatments to your specific needs.
The first visit includes a TCM health consultation & treatment.
60 min
These treatments are for returning clients to Golden Phase. Sessions will include acupuncture and any additional modalities recommended by the practitioner. All return sessions are scheduled for 60 mins. Treatment times may vary based on the complexity of your condition.
15 min
This is a brief complimentary consultation via phone to see if acupuncture is a good fit for you. We can also answer any concerns you may have.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a treatment last?
A typical acupuncture session at our clinic can last anywhere from 45 mins to 90 mins. Your practitioner may go longer or shorter due to the complexity of your case.
Does acupuncture hurt?
During most sessions, patients rarely feel any pain. Some may feel an initial pinch, warmth, and/or internal movement, however many patients with our golden care can relax and even nap.
How do I prepare for treatments?
We always recommend having a light meal and being hydrated prior to your arrival. Also recommended are comfortable loose fitting clothing allowing for easy adjustments.
How does billing work?
We accept credit card, zelle and venmo payments at the time of service. We also accept HSA / FSA accounts.
Do you accept health insurance?
Currently, we do not. We are out-of-network providers and do not bill insurance. However, we can provide a superbill, which you may submit to your insurance.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you are unable to keep your session, please notify us by email or text, 24 hours in advance for cancellation.
If less than 24hrs, we will charge $35 for the late cancellation.
